Apply Now currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team at Sparx Multimedia. This is a full-time position, and we are open to remote work arrangements. If you have a proven track record in social media management, experience working in a team environment, and a strong understanding of various social media platforms, we want to hear from you. While experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook is a must, familiarity with Pinterest and LinkedIn will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Create engaging and compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and report on key metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to drive engagement and reach.
- Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections with followers.
- Manage and oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting engaging social media content.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, especially for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and basic editing skills to create visually appealing social media content.
- Understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques for social media.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with Pinterest and LinkedIn platforms.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaign management.
- Basic understanding of video editing software and ability to create simple video content.
